OwnerFlow Refund Policy

OwnerFlow charges property management companies for access to property owner lead contact information. Payment for a lead gives the property management company access to the submitted owner contact details. It does not guarantee a signed management agreement, client conversion, exclusive relationship, or future business.Refunds may be considered only for qualifying lead quality issues.A refund request may qualify if:

- The owner phone number is invalid- The owner email is invalid- The owner says they never submitted the request- The owner is not looking for property management- The lead is a duplicate paid lead- The property is outside the city or service area shown- The lead information was materially incorrect




Refunds are not provided solely because:





- The property owner does not respond- The property owner chooses another company- The property owner changes their mind- The property owner does not become a signed client- The property manager does not follow up quickly- The lead does not result in revenue
