Property managers may purchase access to leads submitted by property owners. A “lead” consists of contact information and related details voluntarily submitted by a property owner.No Guarantee of Results
OwnerFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any lead, nor does it guarantee that any lead will result in a business relationship or transaction.Fees and Payments
All fees are charged per lead as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable once a lead has been delivered, unless otherwise stated.User Responsibility
Users are responsible for independently verifying all information and conducting due diligence before entering into any agreement.Limitation of Liability
OwnerFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including lost profits or failed business relationships.Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless OwnerFlow from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from interactions between users.Modifications
OwnerFlow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.Governing Law

Property Manager Lead Purchase Terms
By purchasing or accepting a lead from OwnerFlow, you agree to the following:You are purchasing a marketing lead, not a guaranteed client or transaction.Leads may not be exclusive and may be shared with other property managers.OwnerFlow makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or intent of the lead.Payment is required prior to receiving full contact details.All payments are final once the lead is delivered.You agree not to hold OwnerFlow responsible for the outcome of any interaction with the property owner.OwnerFlow does not participate in any negotiations or agreements between you and the property owner.
